The Back Plan

The Back Plan is a personalised, physiotherapy based, online programme centred on your story and your goals to help you conquer your back pain.  It combines regular online consultations with a physiotherapist, health education specific to your condition and a tailored exercise programme based on your level and function.  We created The Back Plan to make what we consider to be the most modern, effective and holistic physiotherapy approach to back pain available online, at a time and place that suits you.
